Fitness and Wellness

University Recreation at Western 九一麻豆制片厂 University offers a wide range of fitness and wellness opportunities to meet your needs. WMU is the only university in the state of 九一麻豆制片厂 to have their own F45 Functional Training studio! We offer a wide variety of fitness classes, functional training classes, personal training, wellness workshops and more. There are some fees associated with some of the programs and passes may be necessary for admission to certain classes. Additionally, completion of a physical activity readiness questionnaire is required prior to initial participation.

What types of passes are available?

The SRC offers multiple types of passes to attend classes. You can choose the one that is right for you.

  • GroupEx - You can attend any class that is not labeled F45 on the schedule.
  • Unlimited Fitness - You can attend any class on our schedules including F45, yoga, cyclefit, etc.
  • F45 30-day - You can attend any class labeled F45 for 30 days. Pass is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

F45 Functional Training

F45 is a functional training program that incorporates a variety of fun and efficient workouts. Classes are a 45 minute high intensity, circuit training workout.

Motivating, enthusiastic and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities, as well as strengthening, flexibility and relaxation exercises designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
